Our studio offers services for both women and men.
However, due to the nature of our services and the layout of our facility, female-oriented services and male-oriented services are provided in separate, gender-specific spaces.

During hair styling, makeup, and kimono dressing, guests may change clothes in shared spaces, including undergarments.
For this reason, areas used for female-oriented services are designated for female guests, and areas used for male-oriented services are designated for male guests.

We place great importance on maintaining a comfortable environment for all guests,
and operate our studio with careful consideration for privacy, space, and service flow.

Information for Transgender Guests

We respect and value all gender identities.
For female-oriented services, we provide our services to guests whose gender identity is female and who also live their daily lives with female gender expression,
with the aim of supporting their wish to feel beautiful through our transformation photography experience.

At the same time, due to the structure of our facilities, service flow, and the shared environment with many female guests,
we regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer female-oriented services to guests whose daily gender expression is male, even if their gender identity is female.

Transgender guests are kindly asked to contact us in advance prior to making a reservation,
so that we may discuss possible arrangements based on the facility layout and service process.

Please note that, depending on space, privacy considerations, and service content,
we may need to adjust time slots, facilities used, or may be unable to accommodate certain requests.
