• Posting on non-monetized personal social media accounts
• Sharing with friends/family
• Personal printing and private use

2. What Counts as Commercial Use (Prior Approval Required)

Commercial use generally includes any use intended for promotion/advertising or any use that generates direct or indirect revenue.

• Monetized social media, videos, blogs, websites, or affiliate marketing
• Advertising materials (posters, flyers, web ads, in-store signage, etc.)
• Use within paid products (photobooks, digital products, etc.)
• Use for paid/for-profit events (displays, giveaways, benefits, etc.)
• Talent/model portfolio or promotional profile usage

3. Prohibited Uses

• Adult content or sex-industry-related usage
• Any usage that appears to sell the photo data itself as the main product
• Any usage that violates public order and morals

4. Commercial Use Fee (Guideline)

For standard sessions within our regular plans, the commercial use fee is:
JPY 5,500 (tax included) per person, per plan/style.

For requests beyond the scope of standard plans (additional shooting, special arrangements, etc.), we will provide an individual quote.

5. Video Shoots / Studio Rental / Event Appearances

Requests such as video shoots, studio rental, or event appearances are handled on a case-by-case basis with an individual quote.
