Reservation Confirmation

• Submitting the inquiry/booking form does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only after our staff replies by email or phone.

Pricing & Payment

• Please refer to each plan page for pricing.
• If you add options or additional purchases on the day, we will explain the details in-store and proceed only after your agreement.

Cancellations & Date Changes

As a general rule, cancellation fees are as follows:

• 1 day before: 50% / Same day: 100%
• Date changes may be treated the same as cancellations in some cases.

*Conditions may vary by plan/store. If so, the plan page information will take priority.

Costumes & Props (Handling)

• Please handle costumes and props with care. If there is damage or staining beyond normal wear, we may charge repair/replacement costs.
• If props are lost or damaged, we may charge the item cost.
• You may bring your own items, but we are not responsible for loss, damage, or stains of personal belongings.

Photo Data Usage (Important)

• Photos you purchase may be used for personal purposes (e.g., posting on social media, sharing with friends/family).
• Commercial use (advertising/PR, work portfolio, monetized social media/videos, sales-oriented postings, etc.) requires prior approval.
• Estimated commercial use fee: JPY 5,500 (tax incl.) per plan/style (subject to change; a separate quote may apply depending on usage).
• If unauthorized commercial use is found, additional charges or suspension of use may apply.
• Adult content, sex-industry-related usage, or any usage against public order and morals is not permitted.

Bringing Your Own Props / Accessories

You may bring your own props/accessories; however, limitations may apply depending on the number and type of items.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or stains of personal belongings.

Safety & Prohibited Acts

• Dangerous acts, use of fire, nuisance to neighbors, or any photography that violates public order and morals are not allowed.
• If rules are not followed, we may have to stop the session. In such cases, refunds may not be available.

Guest Guidelines (Prior Consultation May Be Required)

Due to facility flow and privacy considerations, our changing and preparation areas are operated as gender-designated spaces. Depending on the situation, we may request prior consultation or make arrangements prior to booking.
